Last Weekends Working
Watching daddy walk back from the barn
Reygann wearing Brody's hat
Everyone was out working in the house, even Brody.
For some reason Reygann liked picking up the ones that were twice her size!
One of MANY bucket fulls!
Taking some time to build with the blocks
Like I said EVERYONE was in the new house, Frankie came and checked things out for the first time.
Reygann is laying on the floor pretending to be in her bed (this is the girls room)
Kylie wanted to get in bed too
After the girls picked up all the blocks I gave them some carpenter pencils and let them color in their room
Tiny Man
I cannot believe that Brody is 6 months old already! He is such a tiny man, and no longer a baby, it is too sad! (Especially if he might be our last!) He started to roll over about a week and a half ago, but it was at least 4 days before he actually 'let' us see him do it. We would be sitting there waiting for him to roll and he would just lay there kicking his feet and teasing us like he was going to roll, the second we would look away or leave the room he would roll over! What a stinker! I was reading the mail, Brody's on his tummy I look at a piece of mail look back at Brody and he is on his back! He is sitting up now too, but not totally on his own yet. He can stay up for quite some time, but all of a sudden he will just topple over... so I haven't left him left him while he's sitting up we still have a little more work to do.

Get This...
It's March in Indiana and I have a sunburn! (Maybe this will be the year that I will actually have a tan!) I love the weather we've been having, but I am NOT looking forward to Summer. It would be great if it went from Fall to Spring and the back to Fall again! Oh well maybe I can find a state that is like that...

Life Lessons
The girls and I have all learned important life lessons this week... Yesterday while we were out walking with Joan and kids Kylie learned (the hard way) that girls can't pee standing up! I'm not really sure what she was (or wasn't) thinking, but for whatever reason she just dropped trow and started to pee! (Let's clarify a few things here... we were on the bike path and got to the end and the bathrooms were closed... Kylie and Harrison had to go, so we each went to a side of the path and Harrison did his thing and I was going to sit Kylie over the railing to do hers. She dropped her pants while I went to grab some toilet paper and when I turned back around she was peeing! It was pretty funny, but the poor girl had to walk home wet!!) On today's walk she kept saying things like 'girls have to go like this when they pee' and would strike a pee pose... I hope we have learned this lesson!
Reygann learned today that when a swing knocks you down that it is going to come back to get you over and over again! Poor kid got knocked down by the swing (obviously!) and kept trying to get up and then it would get her again, then she would try again, then it would get her again! I was on the other end of the swings and by the time I got Reygann she had been 'ran over' three times! My poor baby! And then to make matters worse after I held her a minute she wanted to swing again so I put her on, gave her a push and went to give Kylie a push and she somehow fell out of the swing! She landed on her butt and fell back and hit her head, that was the end of the swings for her!
I learned tonight that throwing salt over your shoulder is good luck for you... but if you try to throw salt over the shoulder of the person sitting across from you it will probably end up in their eye and that isn't a good thing! (Sorry Deric!!)
I'm just guessing here, but Deric probably learned never to take me out in public again, HA!

Sorry Jody!
Is that better Jody? I puked out a few blogs for you this morning.. I didn't mean to be killing you!! I'm telling ya I have no idea where the time and days are going.. I think the last time I was on the computer was to pay bills and I didn't even have the time to check the blogs, much less blog myself! It doesn't help that our computer is going downhill fast! I don't remember the last morning I got up and didn't find a BSOD! Hopefully we will get this one fixed or get a new tower or something. I have a ton of pictures to put up, I just need the time to shrink them first. I stopped by my first garage sale of the year yesterday!! I hope to stop back today to see if they sold the princess dress they were asking too much for, and if not hopefully they will take my offer. But realistically am I actually going to have the time? We'll see.. Deric is working on the house again today so maybe I will leave the girls home with him during nap time or something. I personally think we are at the stinky point of remodeling... he's been working on the house a lot, but you just can't tell! All the stuff you can really see is over with (framing, walls, stairs, roof, ect). He has been tearing off the siding that is in the addition, working on the sump pit, building closet walls... but none of that stuff is as WOW as the others. This is where it seems to drag out forever. We have been trying to make good use of the nice days we have had, we have gone on as many walks as we could fit in followed by a few trips to the park. I even opened the windows the other day! It leaves me itching for spring... but not summer! Joan and I took the kiddos over to mom's for a St Patty's Day Party last week, hopefully we will get those pictures posted soon...
Flood Finds
I found a bunch of fun pictures when I was drying them out from the flood
Kylie and Harrison (5months and 1yr maybe? Any guesses Joan?)
My crazy hair, I used to twist it back in a bunch of twists and when I would take it out at night this is what it would look like.

Sitting Up!
Getting Behind
I don't know what the deal is, but I have just not had enough time these last few weeks! I know that there is never enough time in the day to do what you need to do, but now it is worse!! It feels like we get up, eat breakfast, and by the time I make it out of the shower it is time for naps, followed by dinner, and then bed! I am behind on everything! Here are some catch up pictures...
Brody's five month pictures
This is Daddy's bear rug
I attempted to give all three kids a bath at the same time... not a good idea yet! I'll have to try it again when Brody is a bit older. This is the only use able picture from the bath, with three naked kids there was always something showing in one of the pictures!
Daddy just being silly with Brody
Trying out a wagon wheel.. he liked it ok, but didn't want to keep holding it.
I babysat Logan for a little one day so Lisa could run some errands. Here he is taking the treadmill out for a spin
Brody was excited to play with Logie (Yes, he is still pop himself out of the chair!)
Brody kept trying to roll over, but he wouldn't let go of his foot so he never actually made it!
